I have $20 on hand now, and I should be getting maybe another $20 for my birthday soon. I don't really want to suggest anything since I don't want to sound unfair, you know? XD; I'm not much of a help, I'm sorry! But I am very interested in that!
As for the clock, uhm... I'm afraid I don't really know at all. Since I got mine at Bandai's booth in Otakon's dealers room (I paid over $75 for it there, too. ^_^; ) I'm not really sure of anywhere else. I see it floating around on eBay on the VERY rare occasion, but there it's usually at least $75 or higher still. I'm sorry!
