They're not including the songs from the R-18, I think, because if it was like this, the cover should have Viletta, Ohgi & Orenji and Tamaki.
I searched through the web and Tianzi's first song (the one in R-18) is this 天子的憲法四条 (lol I don't know the meaning XD) and the new one is 星夜 (something like.. Night Star? I don't know XD). So it should be a new one. ^-^
