Just a note to say I've just uploaded my version on moe.imouto as well, here (http://moe.imouto.org/post/show/90753/clamp-code_geass-crease-kururugi_suzaku-lelouch_la)

It has a crease, but not a gap and is higher in resolution. (: [Hopefully it'll be easier to fix/clean, if anyone does attempt to fix it]
