Wait, that leaves me to wonder, if Mao hadn't turned out to be that insane, would C.C. have left him with the Geass? I never heard anything about a contract with Mao - perhaps it backfired on her and Lelouch is her opportunity? Of course, we still don't know what she wants and why she wants.
I think Mao became insane *because* of CC.
As for Schneizel, I kind of hope he's like a sweet-talking bastard. Girls dig that stuff.
