I don't think Euphemia is acting dumb so much as acting the way she has been raised. She has been virtually sheltered by her sister and siblings from the harsh realities of this world. She wants to take them on her own way and since she believes Lelouch wants to free the Japanese, she thinks she is helping him along his path. She doesn't understand her brother's true goal is to take out Britannia, though his killing of Clovis and attempted killing of her sister and her ought to be a GOOD hint. The thing with Lelouch is he lies to everyone, including himself, so his intentions are hard to pinpoint. I can't hold it against her for not understanding the true nature of her brothers.
I do miss ass-kicking Villetta, even though her and Ougi are cute because she has a very pretty smile. I want her to get her memoeis back and be a serious problem for Lelouch again. Maybe Jeremiah's returns will click something back into gear.
