This is rather late, but well - if you're interested in side material/"official" fan material, there IS a short comic that has some Sayoko/Suzaku and Suzaku/Lelouch (by the circle Fuukatei, I think) in Knight volume 5. Summary: Sayoko (while in her Lelouch disguise) is busy fangirling Suzaku in secret in class - and accidentally blurts out a very... strange request when Suzaku sees 'Lelouch' looking at him funny and asks him if something is wrong. (And as a result poor real and clueless Lelouch ends up on the receiving end of said request.)
I'd try to dig up scans for you but I don't really have the time at the moment ^^" The comm tags might prove useful though!
And also thanks for this - I've only seen the first 3 "Sayoko's Diary"/The Maid Witnessed it! entries so this is amusing new information for me!
