Opening and ending aside, the "Do you want to run a corporation or something?" / "No way. Weird dreams like that will ruin your life" exchange between Rivalz and Lelouch is just... oh, Lulu, you have no idea.
Actually, I always thought that was more of a reference to what he mentions later, that he'd always planned on destroying Britannia someday. His plotting isn't about running a corporation, it's about destroying your home country, Rivalz.
