I'm guessing, even if they say summer it'll be August since summer break for us (Japan) is the month of August. And, I'm pretty much sure 23 is the end of season 1, or that's what the site is trying to hint... and also, the 'trailer' or 'preview' at the end of the anime is trying to hint. And I highly doubt the break will be 'years' or even half a year. that'll decrease the number of listeners/watchers, and wont be too good for the TV production company.
