[Fanfics] Missing Stages and Skipped Turns

These are both series of stories about a lot of people (although I feel like Cornelia and Guilford are going to end up in the spotlight much more than anyone else because they are my favorites). All of these are set during R1 and R2, respectfully,and are based off the Picture Dramas, in that they take place between episodes (or in some cases during episodes, off screen). Their titles come from the fact that R1 episodes are called "stages" and R2 episodes are called "turns." Each new chapter is a new short story. Most of them can co-exist, but not all of them. They feature a variety of pairings, and some of them are just conversations I've written that I think may have happened, that we just didn't see. The pairings featured in each story are posted at the beginning of the chapter. I do take requests, more info is on my ff.net account.

I'm sure Guilford got his Cornelia plate from somewhere classier than the WalMart Online Photo Center, but I'm not ashamed. I did what I had to for this plate.

EDIT: I said this in a comment, but realized this would be easier. If anyone wants me to, I can send you the exact picture I used for the plate, as well as the link to the right part of the WalMart site. The total cost was about $20 with shipping. As a warning, it's imperfect, you can see more of her in the original, but this was the only close-up shot they showed of that picture, and I decided the best I could do was use the same one.

I'm very glad you posted the links to your fics on the comm, because otherwise I would have missed them.

I've just read Turn 25.03: Bouquet and I really liked it.

There a few post R2 fics like this one, with a quiet, contemplative mood instead of tears and woes. Peace is hard to handle for warriors and all those deaths...

All the pairs are wonderfully handled<3 Special lol at flustered Kallen and Tamaki.

Tohdoh and Chiba are so awkwardXD

But the best part is Cornelia impulsively charging towards the dance floor, like Euphy would have done it. It's really heartwarming that life can go on for her.

I'll be looking forward to more.

Just letting you know, this plate was like SUPER easy to get. It was only about $20 with shipping. I can also send the picture I used and link to the right place on the WalMart website to anyone who wants it, just leave your email as a comment here or PM me with it.

As a warning this plate is imperfect, as I used the close up of the plate picture, since they never show the whole thing by itself (I actually remember being really frustrated when I was trying to take the screenshot and Guilford was like always in front of it, I ended up yelling something like "Damnit Guilford, I know you're doing this because you don't want anyone else to have a Cornelia plate but you!")

..Funnily enough, I posted this on my Facebook and a friend commented with something to the effect of that he thought this one was prettier than the real one, and that Guilford would be jealous. So, I guess I won after all...

I just reread this whole thing and realized how completely insane it seems. Whatever, I won, my plate is prettier, that's all that matters nevermind the fact that he's the one sleeping with her.

Sent. Also, good news the price of the plate went down to like $10 for the plate from like $15 when I got it a week ago. I'm not really annoyed, as it was more than worth it, but it seems you got lucky.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure if I lived in their world, I would devote my life to attaining a rank that made me important enough to get Cornelia her tea (I think that's about what I'm capable of), then when I tried to do so, Guilford would stop me like two feet from her desk, take the tea from me, glare at me, and hand it to her. And the next day I would find myself transferred to some faraway colony, and in my transfer papers there would be a little note from him that said "nice try."

Yeah, I actually feel like Cornelia is really okay by the end. It seems like Euphy's death really upset her, but she actually grew because of it. It seems, by the time we see her again in Season 2, that while she's really set on clearing Euphy's name, she is also set on coming back after doing so, and she seems to have reevaluated her priorities and realized that the people (well, okay at this point person, everyone else is dead) she cares about are what really matters.

...Which is why I had a HUGE freakout the first time I watched the show and I thought Guilford was dead. Actually, I had been really on the fence about my opinion of Lelouch until then, but at that point began to hate him. I've kind of gotten over that, for the most part... The Zero Requiem almost made it all better. Almost.

I never cry during anything like a movie or show, but his death was the closest I had come in a long time.

Also there are parts of CG that when I rewatch them always ALMOST get me. When Lelouch erases Shirley's memory, Euphy's death and the Zero Requiem (specifically the reactions of the people who figured it out as it was happening (Cornelia, Kallen, etc.).

Cornelia is a very interesting character (and veeery badass in the best way possible) and I liked her growth as a person -- it would have been a pity if she died. I wish there were more fics about her, that's why I stopped by.

But, my clinical condition is Lelouch's fangirl, with all his sins and virtues. Never joining the haters camp :D He's done horrible things, but I never hate characters for that.
