Well, I (and pretty much every seller I bought from) always get charged when someone pays me for goods (that's why pp fees will be added, as paying for goods is basically the same as getting invoiced)
Regarding personal payment tab....it is true you always need to pay a small fee (as it's an international payment), but if I'm correct, that fee should be less than the fee that gets taken off when you send payment as goods.
This time the fee that got taken off was €4.65, so if you were to send payment as a personal payment, the fee that they asked you to pay, should've been less than €4.65
So what I'm gonna do, is to refund you the money you've paid. This time send payment as personal payment ('others' should be fine). Notice whether the fee they ask you to pay is less than €4.65, check the box that says you'll pay the fee and if correctly, I should receive €82, instead of the €77.35 that I received now
