Lulu totally owns Light you know. I mean, he has Geass(even though it's a kinda crappy and lame power with all those restrictions), crack, he knows how to drive a Knightmare, has a bunch of terroists under his command, is the 17th in line to 1/3 of the world and even Mokona likes him.

Before the Tokyo/Kamui arc of TRC. Since a LOT of stuff happened in that arc and I didn't read up to there yet. I only knew pieces of info from wiki. So Mokona probably wouldn't be screaming "Kamui-chan!" or whatever it called Kamui at Lulu.
