x_reggg and I welcome all the new members and present the first contest for the code_geass community.
Actually, it's 2 contests!!!

General Guidelines
-both will run until May 26th
-the voting will be at the end of the 2 weeks
-all entries must to be related to Code Geass >_<
ETA:
-you may enter more than once, each post will count as a separate entry, but please make them reasonable entries.


~The Graphics Contest~
1. Any fanart, icon(s), wallpaper, banner, fanmade visual graphic will qualify
2. You must have [Entry: Graphics Contest] as your subject heading
3. Please put large images under a lj-cut
4. Use warnings (spoilers, nc-17, etc) if needed.



~The Layout Contest~
1. Must be menu/link friendly (see our current layout for a guideline)
2. The most recent post must be visible when you click on the community (ie: any image should NOT take up the whole screen)
3. You must have [Entry: Layout Contest] as your subject heading
4. To post, you can either post a screencap or link to a fake-page
5. Feel free to create a matching user-pic

For the layout, can we modify the coding from somewhere like premade_ljs (where there rules allow modification, with credit); or should we do it from scratch?

For the graphics, fanart to be precise, how finished do you want them to be? Do sketchy sketches qualify or do you expect to see a sleek full-coloured illustration? Another thing - no theme? Anything CG-related?

for the wallpapers, can i put thumbnails under the cut? (with link to full size) since it's 14 1024 x 768 wallpapers i don't want it to be too image heavy ^^;

I am working on a graphics entry that is pretty big so I was wondering if you take late entries? >.< I don't know if I can get it done in time. It's something I'm putting a lot of work into so I just wanted to ask. If not then I'll just not use it for the contest. ^^U

About the deadline, what time zone? Because I'm not sure if my May 26th is your 25th, 26th or possible 27th...
