Another C.C. Cosplay

As if you guys haven't seen enough of C.C.'s running around... XD This is technically 'practice' since I haven't been to a con with the outfit yet, but I've already learned that the long wig and the belts are going to be a nightmare to keep straight. @_@ On the other hand, the sleeves were terribly fun to play with. *____* (Note: I didn't make the outfit myself, so I don't think I can help anyone with how to make it. Sorry!)
