US DVD Release

If this is not allowed my apologies and feel free to delete.

My question is I saw on the profile page that Season 1 Vols 1~9 have been released as well as Season 2 Vols 1~4, is this only in Japan or does this include the US as well?

I see several different options via Amazon.com and would like to get all of the DVD's but I am wondering what includes what? Some say 2 discs, some 4. It is a bit confusing so I was thinking to just get each volume individually. Any advice would help. Thanks!

Comic City Last requests

Please read all directions on the first post of the doujin community. I'm super SUPER stressed and am NOT in the mood to be dealing with people who can't be bothered to read instructions.
