The series has been confirmed to be a 4 episode OVA with each episode being about 50 minutes. Each episode will appear in theaters and then be released on DVD/Blu-ray 3 months later. The first episode will air this summer. This information comes from Ichiko Hashimoto's blog, which you can see here.
