I saw the picture drama 9.33 recently and it made me laugh. Lulu is just so pretty XD It reminded me of a fanfic called Uniform by The Highly Exalted Miss Perc. I just had to draw this.

Good lord, I'm looking at the first non-Japanese fanart of crossdressing Lulu besides my own XDD. I find cel-style CG colouring a nightmare, so good job on that... and Lulu's flustered expression <3.
