I totally don't get all the C.C. love. My friends are all ZOMG CC, while I sit and shake my head and don't understand. o.O She looks cool (in a way), but eh... I've never seen the appeal. Better than Kallen? No way. I'd rank Euphemia higher than C.C. too. XD I'd put C.C. at the top of my "I don't get it" female anime characters list, but not the "best".
Though 'tis funny to see Lloyd in the top ten male characters list at all. XD
