Am I the only one here that's actually not caring about any of these? I mean... Yeah, sure, pretty beautiful gar nice characters (with moar women piloting!) and idea and all... But seriously, do we need THAT much new characters? I think the whole lot we had back at S1 was more than enough to finish the Rebellion, they just had to put some ends to certain questions or even develop certain secondary characters... Instead they just rise MORE questions and confusion. Looks like Sunrise is having some Jump complex thingie, joining in all these (apparently) different characters. Just like liakotoba said, I really hope they're not useless stereotypes, otherwise I won't be amused at all.
I'm sort of complaining here, yes... I was expecting of R2 something like... A SECOND season, an explanation about some things, etc. I know it's been said this one will be something totally new but yet will still please old followers... I'm not sure about that last part anymore. This is Lelouch of the Rebellion, not some Arthur's Legend animu. Not that I hate these references (quite the opposite actually... I always loved the relations they gave Gawain and Lancelot back on S1) but I think they're taking this a little too far. Right now it's looking like some AU story where Suzaku is the protagonist, Lelouch and Rollo the thieves... Or something like that. (Not that I have anything against it, I just wanted to see that S1 finished.) I really hope they're saving the best spoilers for March or even showing us things that'll only last some episodes. That, or R2 will be 52 episodes long...

It's not that I hate secondary characters, but I guess it's their own fault for never quite caring much about them and now suddenly make of them something this big.

Oh well. At least Suzaku doesn't look like a damsel in distress anymore.
