Haha, being Chinese the only Japanese I can read is Kanji.
First line has something about "night" and either "dynasty" or "tides". Second line has something to do with "death gods" and a nobleman thinking something about Roots. (???) I utterly fail at the third line except for the word meaning "chronicle". And the fourth line gives a time: "Tomorrow at [not Kanji] o'clock".
