I thought it sounded a little like H&MC when the 15 second commercial first came out, but after the 30 second one, I don't really think so. Looking at the list of Sony Music Japan artists, I think it might be a new group, but it's hard to tell when Lelouch keeps voicing over the parts :P It's really stuck in my head, too....
Oh, but in 6-7 days, the magazine furage will be out and hopefully that will shed more light on the singers of the OP and ED songs. Also, according to Koshimizu @AnimeSuki forums, Newtype will come will a new R2 trailer. It'll probably be pretty sparse though.
