In fact, as I watched the episode, I enjoyed very much the idea that Suzaku would agree to give Lelouch the VERY THING Suzaku himself wants the most: erase his own sins from existence so he will never be responsible for them. I love how twistedly loving that would be. XD
Of course, that is my ficcer's mind speaking louder and probably holds no ground in canon.
