Favorite Code Geass pairings?

Hey fellow Code Geass fans! =D You probably don't know who I am because I haven't posted anything yet and only comment once in a while n.n; I hope that I can start being more active here and get to know you all!

So, to start on that path, I've decided to create a poll to kind of learn how many people like what pairing/who likes what. I like to write fanfiction, so it's always nice to know what people will like :3

Anyway, the poll is under the LJ cut. If you check other, please leave a comment with more details so I know what "other" you're talking about, okay? I'd also love to hear more details even if you've picked one of the definite ones on the list, though.

I know now that the Code Geass community is actually a lot more open to incest than I had initially thought XD that's why there isn't any of that on the poll, unfortunately.

My favorite is Lelouch/Shirley with Lelouch/C.C. as second.

C.C. created 'Zero' by giving Lelouch geass and I appreciate that they are partners and equals. But he has been distrusting and unappreciative of her while she has been known to provoke and belittle him. They could end up together but the gap between them must be bridged first.

With Lelouch/Shirley have hurt and betrayed each other but in the end they both chose to protect each other's happiness over their own self interest. (Shirley shooting Viletta and Lelouch erasing Shirley's memories rather than killing her)And even without her memories Shirley 'knows' Zero won't harm the student council when the Knights take over the Academy.

Mao/CC! Mao is the only person CC ever admitted loving. And a lot (not all by any means though--he's still pretty crazy) of people's dislike of Mao falls away when we learn in R2 that Mao broke their contract in order to SAVE HER LIFE (his thanks was getting abandoned by the person who he had been made completely dependent on, by the way).

But it's okay, they made up in the end as far as I'm concerned.
