Oh geez. I'm like an expert on that. But I haven't thought up anything really good for this fandom, yet.

I'm working on trying to figure out how to make Suzaku Hercules and Lulu Meg. (You can thank my girlfriend for that.) It's not coming together believably, though.

While I'm an uke Suzaku person myself, I'm totally addicted to fusing series I enjoy together. My good friend and I have been doing it for years and have gotten some pretty warped things.
My person favorite Geass fusion at the moment is Counterrevolutionary Boy Suzaku XD; It works far better than one would think lol

It's more the fact that Suzaku has inhuman abilities that makes him Herc. And when I do these, I never stick directly to either's plot. I have to change it because the fusions where you're just reading the story again with new names aren't their own pieces, you know? So I could easily give Lulu a less damsel role, and probably will when I get it working.

As I said, I've got almost nothing going for Code Geass. But I did manage to turn the cast of X into Disney princesses and Power Rangers.

...That makes Lulu the rose bride, doesn't it?

Why yes, yes it does. XD; And really he is friend who is manipulating Suzaku behind the scenes lol While Suzaku is somewhat naive and just wants to be a knight, prince. I believe we had Schneizel as Akio, Euphie as Dios XD, C.C. as Touga, Kallen as Nanami, Mao as Sainon-ji XD;;; and we were still debating the rest of the cast. lol

We've done a few X fusions too through the years or various other series into X lol Usually we don't alter the stories so much as take pleasure in just imagining some of the costumes and how wrongly appropriate it is lol My friend did an awesome sketch of our PoT based RP into X lol I so adore X still, I wish Clamp would finish it already. ;;_;;

I agree with Schneizel as Akio. He totally looks like the kind of brother who'd molest his little sibling. ...Ohwait.

I would have put CC in Saionji's place because I can totally see her b**** slapping Lulu periodically. The green hair helps.

For Touga, I'm caught between Lloyd and Zino. Because you have to remember, he was constantly trying to get into Utena's pants. And that's important. Kind of. Not really, but it's useful and fun for placing him.

I like Euphie as Dios, though. And if I remember correctly, Dios also hit on Utena, and...

Wow. Anthy's the neighborhood bicycle but Utena's the illustrious ATV everybody wants.

I don't tend to fuse anime with other anime, because it still strikes me as belonging. I instead hop all the way out to things like Power Rangers and Disney. Especially Disney, because it's the total opposite of the spectrum for most of what I like and there's so much to pick from when messing around~ Gets creative.
