Ugh I suppose, but it just seems that Suzaku's completely forgotten about Nunnally. From the little we've seen so far, Suzaku takes Lelouch captive and brings him to the emperor, and joins the Rounds.
Hopefully we'll see more of Suzaku's point of view in later episodes for further insight.
