True, very true. As for Rollo, I don't think the government would use Rollo as much unless it's of absolute importance. The situation with Zero definitely merits that and maybe it's a risk they're willing to take with Rollo. It has the okay from the Emperor at least.
Aaah, I kind of think that too. This whole series is a conspiracy created by the Emperor. Which vaguely makes sense for the whole Marianne thing since she sent away the guards herself. Lelouch as the next emperor sort of tickles my fancy strangely enough.
