- his geass "stops" people within a specific range - can be used an unlimited amount of times on anyone - has a time limit; im guessing about 5 seconds - has a cooldown period, probably at least 5 minutes (note, if he didn't have either of the above two, stopping Lulu's plan to destroy the building would've been far too easy)
he's used it at least 5 times so far: 3 times during the battle in the building, one to kill that person in the underground parts of school, and one on Lulu. 5 times in 3 episodes alone. I wouldn't doubt his Geass will mutate very soon. I could only guess that it'll have lots of consequences after that.
