And I finally did listen to the Sound Episodes. :/ I'll agree that it's possible for the boys to speak about Arthur in connection to Euphie, but in Stage 6.113, the opportunity to mention Euphie (who told Suzaku Arthur's name) came up and Suzaku simply kept quiet about it instead of trying to whisper to Lelouch about it. So, I think I'll stick to believing that Lelouch doesn't know of how Arthur reminded Suzaku about Euphie.
That aside, the student body council members may possibly have forgotten about not only Nunnally, but Nina, Suzaku & Arthur. There's no mention so far that they remember them or believe them to have transfered away.
