there's also other ways to phrase it that won't make lelouch sound any less intelligent and may work even from the lip sync angle. for example, 'do away with', 'bring (Britannia) to ruin/an end' etc. etc. really, if they wanted to do it, they could. i don't think lip syncing can be used as an excuse here, unfortunately.
