Once again, I come bearing a response that is far too long.

Lelouch: 50% -- I believe (read: hope) he'll get his GOOD END, regardless of his survival. He's been gearing up for his own death the entire time, but Nunnally would be so sad without her onii-sama. =(
Suzaku: 75% -- The guy has (or had) a deathwish, is a character in need of redemption, and is a main antagonist, whose "heart has stopped" already. His death would be meaningful both to Suzaku as a character and to the plot. But then again, I suspect the "Live!" geass means more than just "Don't kill yourself" and more along the lines of "Live out a happy life". Of course, if it means "Live your life as you wish and make your mark", then all bets are off.
Rolo: 75% -- Call me a pessimist, but I think Rolo's in the story to show the darker side of Lelouch. He'll be used and abused by Lelouch. Until he can't take it anymore and totally screws Lelouch over, whereupon we get treated to a battle with Lelouch on top because of magical protagonist powers. The 25% chance of survival comes from the possibility that Lelouch wins, and an emotionally-scarred Rolo shivs him afterwards. =P
Nunnally: 0% -- The one person in this show that I truly believe (read: hope) will make it out alive. If she dies, well... That signals a huge bloodbath by the end. Also, Euphie already died, and for Sunrise to pull the same stunt again would be kinda lame. (Unless they were planning to kill 90% of the cast off.)
Kallen: 0% -- No real reason for this prediction except gut feeling. She's no Kittan. And doesn't she have the thing with her mother still?
C.C.: 100% -- If Lelouch gets his GOOD END, she'll get her wish. Like others, I believe she wishes to die. Hope there's pizza in the afterlife.
Xingke: 5% -- He has a political mission he wants to see through, separate from the Order. And in order to do that, he should be alive to watch over it. This is unlike Lelouch's mission, which is highly personal and emotionally charged in nature. And he's no Toudou.
Orange-kun: 80% -- Sunrise needs to stop yanking our chain eventually and give him some sort of resolution. He's either gonna die once and for all, or he's gonna spend out the rest of his days, senile and on his citrus plantation. =P
Villetta and Ough: I...really don't care. Sorry.
Cornelia: 10% -- She is one of the last few royals who would have sympathy for Lelouch. She may be resentful for Euphie's death (and rightfully so), but I see her as possibly heralding the future of Britannia.
Schneizel: 60% -- He seems like the type of character who is the mini-boss a few rooms before the Big Bad.
Shirley: 10% -- Enough shit's happened to her. Time to pass the awful feeling around, which leads to...
Milly: 80% -- She's nice, she cares, and she's one of the indomitably happy and lighthearted characters on the show. She is also close enough to all our characters so that her death would matter but also enough of a side character for it to not drastically alter the plot. If she dies, it'll be a punch in the gut.
Suzaku, Gino, and Anya: One or two of them will die but not all three. Too many scenarios for death that I won't even bother listing.
