My favorite character in Code Geass, C.C. She's really beautiful. The original scan had Lelouch, but I kinda wanted her alone, so I only vectored her. I had a hard time with the eyes. My first try was really horrible, then I started doing some adjustments until I got it right. The other parts were fairly easy. The background is entirely made from brushes that I could get my hands on. I just added the glow effects and done.
