Episode 2 Dub

Just wondering if anyone watched it.

My thoughts on this episode:

Meh, the best voices were Orange-kun and Clovis, as usual. Lloyd wasn't as annoying, and Suzaku is starting to grow on me. Viletta was 'meh' though.

But I have to say, JYB did step up his performance for this episode. Most of his lines weren't terrific, but his crazy!laugh MADE the episode.

Seriously, if you haven't seen it yet, skip to the crazy laugh and don't tell me that's not channeling Junjun right there. It was awesome. XD

Besides that, it's still 'meh' for me. But, with showing that JYB CAN do the crazy!laughs right, I have a bit more hope than I had before.

I just watched it. It was better than the last one for sure, but I don't think I'll ever get used to Kallen's voice. There's something about it that drives me crazy.

Yup, I'm very satisfied with the crazy laugh. Although I still like more the japanese voice, it's just more appealing in my opinion (and more seczy! :P).

Lloyd is pretty awesome when he says 'Yeesss your Highness' when Clovis calls on him, it's got the right grossness to it :D

Loved Lulu's laugh! :) And I'm digging Suzaku's voice too.

It's so bad, every time I see Suzaku do his spin kick, whether he is in Lancelot or not, I start cracking up like mad ;____;

Lulu's crazy laugh was the only thing that made me smile throughout the whole episode D: Orange-kun made me happy on the inside though~ fufufu

I was actually really disappointed with the first half, but felt like it got better into the second half. Kallen's voice still bothers me in a lot of places (it's weird because it sounds really good in a few clips and then she botches it in a few). Lelouch's was okay in a few places though his commands were a little weak and uncertain (crazy laugh was done very well.) Viletta wasn't as good as I expected based on the little bit from the first episode but not horrible. Lloyd's is slowly growing on me though when he called the Lancelot a "big beauty" I cringed.

Is it true that it's not available for non-USA residents? I'm curious as to what the dub sounds like, and some of my favorite VAs are on CG...but yeah. I have the latest players on our PC but it still won't play for me.

On another note, I'd like to hear JYB's evil laugh. I've only heard his work on non-evil-laughing people. Like Vash the Stampede.

Lloyd's voice is definitely growing on me. Other good repeat performances include Suzaku, Cecile, Orange-kun (♥), Villetta, and Clovis.

JYB is also (slowly) growing on me, and I think he can pull off the crazy. His voice is still too high for my tastes, though, but this is largely due to my being accustomed to Lelouch's low, low Japanese voice.

Kallen's voice is still pretty fail. And I dislike Shirley's voice, probably due to my inherent dislike of the "ditzy" way of speaking in real life. =P

Yeah definitely loved the laugh. Everyone's voices are slowly growing on me too. Except for Kallen's O_o;

I initially loved Karen's voice, but in this episode it seemed too... forced, maybe? o_O;

Still abhor Shirley's voice.

I watched it again per the link, and I have to admit I started fangirl-giggling madly whenever Johnny said anything in that smexy voice of his. Yes, that evil laugh was very win. Of course, I was a fangirl of Johnny to begin with, so... I'm biased, you might say...? >_>

My faith has been renewed thanks to the crazy laugh. Whee~ As for Kallen's voice, it bothered me the first couple times she spoke/screeched, but when she isn't in a frenzy she sounds bearable... slightly.

It was good, I enjoyed Lulu's little laugh at the end. But his voice...I am still getting used to it, especially since you watch Bleach a half hour ago, its as if I am hearing Ichigo all over again. Other than that, Kallens voice is good and Lloyds is not bad. Suzaku well Hes okay.

Wow, that episode actually made me feel alot better about the dub. Johnny is still no Jun Fukuyama, but he was definitely better here. Jun also gave a better Crazy Lulu laugh but I can deal with Johnny's :x

Best line out of the whole epsiode, "Useless so called Terrorists."

I hate Kallen's voice :/ She was a bad pick for Kallen, seriously.

I don't know if I'll go for Bandei's DVDs or not, just based off of this episode, but after watching this I'll probably end up watching the rest of the dub without complaining much, and make a decision when the Limited Edition comes out. But the no Pizza Hut thing still erks me to the extreme :/

Yeah I watched episode#2 on Adult Swim. It totally ruled! I hate Lelouch's voice and I don't know if I'll ever get used to it. The crazy laugh was really cool and spot on!8D Suzaku totally kicked ass in Lancelot and Lloyd was hilarious!XD I think Lloyd's english voice really suites him. Suzaku's voice is pretty good too. I hate that C.C. has Whorihime suckish voice-__- Yep Kallen's voice is very annoying!@_@ Who the heck does her voice anyway? I cracked up when I saw Rivalz in episode #1 because my brother's been playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl and I think King Dedede looks just like him! I mean in animal form. I know I'm weird@_@ Well take care fellow Code Geasser's^^

I actually like most of the dub voices, except JYB annoys the f*k out of me by doing Lelouch. I can't stand the voice but if that's all they could get then eh. I'm particularly fond of Lloyd and Orange-kun's VAs. Am I the only one who doesn't think Kallen's voice is annoying? ^^;;;

I'm enjoying the dub so far though, for nostalgic reasoning and for once being able to ignore the screen while I listen to them talk in my native language XD I already seen the first season a dozen times so I know the episodes by heart.
