Well, it's not like Lelouch can become the Knight of One. He's supposed to be dead. Unless you are referring to trying to encourage Suzaku to become the Knight of One before. He definitely did seem surprised though, but I think that was more along the lines of "You really thought out all that...? D-Damn, must counter with cynicism." XD
