I doubt she is a boy, but some of the pictures definitely make it look that way. Like the one here. It's not just that she is flat, some of the loli characters are (like Kaguya), but her top ends so high that there is no way it even covers her nipples and loli girls tend to be required to do that. x_X;;

On another note, is Lulu's brother's (... yes, I never did learn how to spell his damn name. T_T ) new date male or female? Votes? Personally I'm so hoping that's a male.

Kaguya looks adorable in a magical girl kind of way. I think it's the matching floppy socks and arm flares. Anya's top is disconcertingly high, but then the loli appeal was always kind of lost on me. Nunnally looks so pretty! I think I like Kallen's pic best, though. Post-rebellion, Lelouch needs to go into fashion design.

Is it just me, or did Kallen's boobs shrink a little? Her proportions are far less absurd in that scan. (Actually, all those product images are really good. I like.)

Also, Schneizel looks like a White Mage of some sort now. And Nunnally's choker looks awfully uncomfortable.

I love the new designs, and wow, Lloyd, you look FABULOUS. Kaguya seems like she's just stepped out of Shibuya and that makes her look more endearing to me lol.

People keep talking about breasts growing and shrinking, and outside of C.C. and Shirley's, I don't think any character's breasts are CONSISTANTLY larger or smaller overall. Art just usually features discrepancies like that - some artists tend to draw them bigger, some smaller, etc.
