There are some hints that after his identity was discovered, he'll cover it up in a 'cruel' way. Also info saying that 'Lelouch's identity being revealed has something greatly to do with Shirley's 'off the stage', but then that's just unconfirmed rumour. But maybe like you said, Lulu will just order her to forget everything about him, and possibly transfer out of the school, which will explain her 'off the stage'.
