Not on purpose, maybe? Like, killing Zero, removing the mask and ohh surprise! Except that she will never know, and Suzaku (who just happens to be nearby) never tells her and he lives his sad life as Queen Nunnaly's husband with that secret on his conscience forever. Or tells her, and then she kills herself. I think this is the most unlikely scenario ever, but it's still very, very amusing.
