If you mean a mood theme, I'm sure if you look under the tags you could find one? I've seen plenty around.

Here,/a> (http://community.livejournal.com/code_geass/tag/graphics:mood+theme) is the community tag for moodthemes. There are three posts under the tag, so I guess you have three moodthemes to choose from ;)
