Generally I'd avoid sleeping with contacts in, 'cause they can end up drifting to the back of your eyeball.
I've been sleeping with my contacts every night for 20 years now and they've never slipped back into my head nor have I suffered any adverse affects for it. I only take them out once a week for two hours to soak and then pop them back in.
I was told back then it was okay to sleep with them and I still believe that.
They only want you to take them out and clean them every night so you have to spend more money on products.
