Maybe Nunnally knows a little. I mean Lelouch...he probably learned because "it was useful" for him, but since Lelouch was looking after Nunnally at the time, she probably only learned what she had to. Lelouch seems like the kinda guy to learn a new language just for the fun of it, anyway.
