It really wasn't too hard. The main bit is made of yellow felt, and I just turned the felt side inside. You lay 2 pieces of the felt out, one on top of the other, and draw the outline. Then cut the shape out, keeping the 2 pieces together so that they're the same size. Make sure to cut larger than the lines so you can just sew along those lines. Stitch the pieces together, making sure to leave a gap to put the stuffing in. Then add the stuffing, and hand sew the gap together with yellow string.
Then you grab some black fabric (I just used an old pair of pants I had) and cut out the eyes and mouth. I attached those with fabric glue. For the arms cut out the shape, add a little bit of cloth under so they appear a bit stuffed, and attach them with fabric glue.
The hat is a bit annoying. You take poster board and made a cylinder. Then you cut the cylinder to be the height you want, and then you cut 2 wide Vs into the center of each side. Make sure to smooth the tips so they aren't too pointy. Then take your black fabric and cover it. This is the hard part since attaching it is a bit hard and requires some creative cutting. You'll just have to play around a bit. Once that is covered cut out a larger circle out of the poster board for the bas of the hat and cover that with fabric. Then attach the two pieces with fabric glue, and attach the hat to Cheese-kun with the fabric glue and you are done!
P.S - I attached the fabric to the poster board using a combo of super glue and duct tape...the duct tape was actually more helpful.

I hope this helps!
