Lol, never apologize for being happy and cheery. Surely, we need people like you to counteract the cynicism that people like me spew forth into the world. =)

As for Tamaki in a mecha, Gino's our closest approximation. Lessee--flamboyant, happy, loves commoners, glomps people, wants to get closer to the straight man of the story (Haruhi/Suzaku), has backstory issues with a girl? YES to all.

Now all we need is for him to go sulk in a corner with a pouty face. XD
