if the tag doesn't exist, for example for fanfic or fanart, post it under fanfic/fanart:general. i haven't actually finished tagging the whole community yet, and i know there's a lot of tags that need to be added.
i'll be fixing all the current tags as well; i just need them all tagged so i won't get lost^^
if it's something completely new, currently the policy is to jus tag it under random :) i know some times they aren't random posts (like this one), but it's the only thing i/we can tag it under currently.
