- Schneizel mentioned him in his alternate preview of ep 19 on DVD Magazine 02. He was scouting out China while Schneizel was dicking around in Area 11 in S1. I assume this means he wasn't a character at first, and they added a mention into the DVD Mag 02 to lessen the effect of him fucking coming out of nowhere in R2. :DDD - He is apparently since eccentric, since Schneizel "likes eccentrics", like him~ - Needs more screen time, preferably in Schneizel's lap and/or bed. - 2ch is gay for him~
