Oh man! I remember that guy! Because I laughed and screencapped the guys all standing around with nets and dear god, I hope he wasn't actually planning to whack Anya with his hammer to get her hate. I'm not entirely sure that it's him because his hair looks a tiny bit different...but we also cannot see the snazzy bangs and gravity defying back of the hair thanks to the hat.
