I never really liked Shirley (despised her quite a bit tbh), but I've had a sort of fondness for Rolo ever since he came into the picture. Him killing her just made me love him even more! XD
Although, in doing so Rolo has signed his own death certificate ]: As much as I'd hate to admit it, Lulu's gonna slaughter him when he finds out it was Rolo who killed her. Rolo seriously doesn't know what he has just gotten himself into.
In a way, I feel bad for Shirley. She stepped on a land mine without even knowing it when she mentioned Nunnally XD
I think Rolo is in love with Lulu but that could just be wishful thinking on my part (as a yaoi fangirl >:D). He's at least got a really intense brother/family/home complex x]
