Something tells me that Nunnally survived and Sayoko didn't. Call it a hunch. Miss Romeyer is a goner, though. Which is good because it's Miss Romeyer.
Compositionally, Milly has become tremendously important because she's graduated to Miss Exposition. Plot-wise, not so much. Rivalz, of course, has never been important in any way. In most shows, I would guess that Milly is alive and Rivalz is dead, but here (especially now that the extended preview shows an intact, if smoke-damaged, Ashford Academy) I would actually guess the opposite. Because, hey, it's Code Geass.
I wouldn't argue that Ashford is unimportant to Lelouch, just that those characters do not really have plot agency of their own.
The official site lists both of them as alive, though.
