I'll agree with you on the similarities. Their names also have almost the same lettering

Everyone probably already knows that, but I dunno if it comes up seeing as in English it's 'Charles'

I just figured it was because Charles had plans for Lulu so he named him after himself. Maybe it was Marianne who had the plans?
