Yesh~! I noticed that Lulu had modified the Tutu to have school uniform type top and all. Lelouch is teh skilled in sewing, he is. *nodnod*.
And I do totally agree that someone as spinny as Suzaku definitely needs to have a tutu. In fact, I bet he secretly wanted to be a pretty pretty ballerina when he grew up.
