As far as the kiss is concerned, I think Lelouch probably did feel something (cause it's obvious that he really cares about Kallen as least as a friend considering he told her to live on), but I think he's hiding his feelings for a higher goal again. (It's not like he hasn't been doing that this whole time. ie. Euphie's death, Shirley's death especially...)
