I'd have to cast my vote for Team li Britannia. Team I Shouldn't Be Alive would get off to a great start, but eventually their own craziness would get the better of them, especially for Mao. If it were just Jeremiah and Villetta, the craziness would balance out because of Villetta's loyalty to him.
Cornelia, on the other hand, would be able to keep her team going strong, and Guilford would be able to tone down the worst of her rashness. Given the circumstances of a freaking zombie outbreak, Euphemia could probably keep some of her silly ideas in check. Both sisters' stubbornness and tendency to run off and do crazy things would be something of a wildcard, but I think overall they've still got the edge on the others.
