After Turn 24's return of Gil & Cornelia and listening to "Continued Story" in the OST, I think the Turn 25 will definitely not be a bloodbath.
Xingke will not die (unless in epilogue). They had waaaaaay better moments to kill him off in prior episodes. It'd be stupid to off him now.
Schneizel will be a part of Zero Requiem, and Lelouch would probably use rather than kill him.
Villetta has baby armor.
I really don't think Kallen will die. Her death wouldn't give a great meaning to the story, not this late. Like Xingke, if she were to die, she would've died earlier.
At this point, I only see these people in danger: Lelouch, C.C., Suzaku and Nunnally.
Lelouch will not die, at least not until he meets C.C. (who's off swimming in the sea at the moment) and says her name one more time.
Suzaku will live until he's 100. ALONE. Or he might die after having Euphievision just before completion of Zero Requiem.
I see Nunnally at the greatest risk of dying because of the button she's holding. I think she will attempt to use it for double suicide with Lelouch this Sunday, and this will be the final drama.
tl;dr: Nunnally dies, everyone lives. Lelouch and C.C. goes into hiding and their survival is hidden from viewers until the very last scene.
